The sun is going down. The day is done and we are alive, heading back home.

Thank God!

Happy 3 year Crimea Bridge Bombing anniversary!!!

There will be more such events going forward. Deeper and deeper :)

Ukrainian Unmanned Ground Vehicle “Ratel” facing FPV drone.

Despite being hit by FPV drone, the machine successfully finished the mission and returned home.

This once again shows the potential of unmanned ground vehicles. It carries more, it does not endanger human life.

My mornings start at about 0130 when we depart for our missions.

It's getting very cold in the night. Real autumn comes very quick here, about 0 degrees C in the night.

So good morning I guess!

The impact of Russian guided bombs is enormous. We deal with it every day, dozens of them.

The shock wave is deadly, so that's why I always prefer to be under ground level.

If it's not a direct hit, being underground will save your life.

Weather sucks now in Donetsk oblast, reading this new great book about occupation of Chornobyl Nuclear Plant.

It's very underrated dangerous moment in the war in 2022.

The author, Serhii Plokhy, sent this book for me to read. It's an honor!!!

Very informative article by @Textyorgua_Eng, I agree with this analysis - this is exactly what’s happening in Donetsk oblast.

There is no longer a frontline, there is a front zone, and it’s huge.

Kramatorsk is getting more dangerous these days, I started preemptively wearing body armor there.

But most warfighters don't care :D

This is our 12 gauge shotgun we use against Russian FPV.

We also use a lot of energy drinks, they are really helpful in keeping us awake to keep deleting russians.

Ukrainian infiltration team, @DI_Ukraine, Shaman group.

Best of luck, brothers. You are very brave to face the enemy behind their lines.

Utmost respect 🫡

I am so delighted to see how my book affects people all across the ocean, in New Zealand for example!

“I feel so very empathetic towards Ukraine and connected to you…”

It’s great to realize that something I wrote can influence people!

I am curious if this is easy to geolocate btw

Anyway right after London I came back to the warzone in Donetsk Oblast.

There, apart from my drone pilot duties, I helped my friends lift their IFV to safety :)

They wanted me to take a fancy picture of it. War lets you experience a lot of fun stuff!

This is possibly the biggest honor for Ukrainian writer - to have your own book in the hands of Timothy Snyder - great friend of Ukraine...

Thank you Timothy, your historic perspective on freedom has influenced me a lot, and much of that is also reflected in my book.

Freedom!

From Donetsk oblast to London. So surreal.

I really enjoyed being out, even if for a very short time. Right after this trip, I came back and went for 10 day mission because of Russian assaults in the area. It was a good piece of work.

Would Pete Hegseth approve this little beard and haircut?

I suggest more people follow @borderlandsua - they are doing great job connecting Ukrainian soldiers and veterans with leaders worldwide. I believe that Ukrainian voices need a lot of amplification right now and I am grateful for the opportunity!

Beyond fighting, we’re ready - within Ukrainian law - to share experience and train our Allies so partners get stronger too. We can also potentially test your stuff, brief you on topics of interest.

DM me and let’s work together.

Great example of this shift is that drone kills now account for about 80% out of all the kills at the battlefield.

This is a significant shift and everyone who wants to still be strong, should be adopting this way of fighting and learning from it.

This is a great report too.
