The CTurbanist bench we placed at the bus stop south of the main driveway entrance back in August 2023 disappeared shortly right after.

Recent feedback shows revealed that 73% of survey respondents do not have access to a personal car, 59% use Via NHV to connect to other transit options, and 96% would be disappointed if the service were no longer available.

Recent feedback shows revealed that 73% of survey respondents do not have access to a personal car, 59% use Via NHV to connect to other transit options, and 96% would be disappointed if the service were no longer available.
Via NHV is on-demand shared transit that’s operating 7 days a week from 7 AM to 7 PM with a $1.75 base fare and $0.85 discounted fare for seniors and low-income riders.
The service launched with free fares in March, and today ridership is already 56% higher than our pre-fare peaks 💪

the whole study is flawed
loop back existing northbound Southeast service back to GCT down the Danbury Line. by combining southeast and Danbury scheduling you also increase service on the Danbury branch which would need to be electrified
