I have no idea, but with ALL such questions my answer is always found in the taste of the beer. Same with the complicated ‘politics’ of beer. Frankly I’m uninterested beyond what my beer tastes like.

As an Englishman who has lived in the USA since 2000, I can only say that if the beer and pub lovers of Britain aren’t fighting for this kind of thing tooth & nail, there’s not much else to fight for! This is the essence of beer culture at home.

Well this is a very nice gueuze. A 10:60:30 blend of 1, 2 & 3yr old lambics. Smooth, soft mild lactic acidity. Mild Stonefruit. Very pleasant long dry finish. Enjoyable.
