Yes, fair points. I think some short-term injuries have hurt too (Jimenez and Wagner both being hurt when Stefanic was added for Gimenez comes to mind).

My guess is its because hockey has the tighest cap and therefore the tax loopholes can present more of an advantage. Its harder to outbid the no-tax states in hockey than in other sports

Got on for a quick skate today! A crack just below the surface started sending water up so played it safe and got off. Earliest ever skate though!
