No, you don’t - especially not a loud, “clickety” one. Everyone around would hate it! But there are plenty of fancy wireless keyboards with near-silent switches, so you could opt for one of those instead.

The one you mentioned must be explicitly turned on. The double-click Ctrl seems to be enabled by default and works like this 👇🏻

Actually you don't need to change the settings - just learned that double click on Ctrl creates spotlight around the pointer which moves along until you click somewhere and it works out-of-the box in Windows 10 and above

You can press Ctrl to show cursor in a circle in Windows 10 and newer
