My design process is:
1) Google AI Studio - quick prompt to describe the component I want. Gemini 3 makes really modern-looking UI
2) Mock it up w/ Figma
2.5) tweek/tweek/tweek
3) Code it

Yea I feel the same way. It's hard to find the balance of MVP vs quality. I def fear people being turned off by bad UI.

Yup same here. For me my side project time is pretty much after the kids go to bed. So pretty much same productivity weekend or non-weekend

Yea about the same for me, except I run my own email server...which I do not recommend cuz its such a pain in the ass

Yea I've heard of this happening. Be careful with the YOLO agent mode. I have my settings set to always ask before running console commands.
