It was bitter cold last night too. The wind cut through my gear, I can’t imagine what a fluffy slim husky mix is feeling.

I don’t know what’s worse, seeing him in -25ºC or +35ºC. Somebody take him in out of the weather, play with him! Something!

Jfc his owners should ashamed!

When I think of depression, honestly this dog comes to mind. That yard, no matter how nice is a prison.

He’s left out during all hours of the day and in all kinds of weather.

Poor fella was left out all day yesterday. Saw em on the way to work and when I walked home some 9 hours later.

All I know is it was the sole snowstorm I dipped from work early and had to walk in back to my house. I was thankfully prepared and dressed for the occasion but snow coating my glasses sucks regardless.

I don’t drink coffee or tea for the caffeine, I drink it for the taste so decaf works for me all the same.

Plus I can make decaf cold brew at home and still get my lovely cup of joe 😎😎

I kind of have to. Heart problems run in my family so I don’t want to have a heart attack by 40.

Plus my youngest brother stopped down from the mainland for a visit. Nice to see him again since it’s been well over a year. We always have a good time, we get along really well.

Love the sibs, they great!

Probably for the best. One guy I knew that worked there said that half the folks on the kill floor ended up getting campylobacter when he was there. Shit is terrible.

Lmao I heard the pay is okay but the job itself is terrible. Not exactly something I’d do personally.

Oh up by the chicken farm?? I only found out about that summer past thanks to when they announced the evac zone for the paddy’s pond fire.

Gave me a bit of a chuckle, talking about getting some real fresh chicken 😂😂

It’s been fun using up what I have instead of saving it for a “special occasion”. Cuts down on my own hoarding, which is a win-win in my book.

Everyday is worth living for so you might as well enjoy it to its fullest.✨✨✨

I cleared out a lot of my perfume too. Happy to say almost all the travel or sample sizes are gone.

Some of these I definitely won’t be buying again. I got pretty sick of a few by the end.

Others I’ve already replaced because I loved them that much and probably will keep in my collection.

You’re telling me! There was one point we got a gust so bad my wall literally rattled and I thought I was going to lose one of my pictures onto the floor. 🫣🫣

I did! I somehow managed to get some sleep too!

Looking out the window this morning there’s lots of little tree branches across my lawn from neighbours along with some shingles so someone had some damage.

It’s been on and off here. Seems like it’s somewhat eased off or at least changed directions but it’s still unnerving to hear.

Fuck you’re telling me homie, it’s enough to clip ya here in the west end. Don’t even get me started on the snow squalls mixed with freezing rain that’s also pelting my house at the moment 🗿🗿🗿

This is the second major wind storm we’ve had within a month.

I had trouble walking to the gym earlier because I was getting tossed around. Thank fuck my boots have good grip and I have good balance along with strong legs.💀💀
