Today, Feb 28th, is Rare Disease Day Over 300 million people live with one of the 6000+ rare diseases worldwide. On this day we must renew our commitment to fair access to treatment and care & diagnosis. Without proper and timely diagnosis, it becomes difficult to get the treatment & care needed.

Without a doubt, Tom Seaver. Two pictures from 2009. The 1st is with my, then, 12 yo son. I asked him to autograph my Shea seat. He said where do you want me to sign? I said in the center of course. He replied, that's very kind of you, thank you.

Dec 5th - Day 3 of the christmasmovie countdown. This time it's A Christmas Carol. Which one you might ask?? My favorite is the 1938 version starring Reginald Owen and Gene & Kathleen Lockhart. Also in the movie is their daughter June, better known as Mrs Robinson in Lost in Space

Out for a nice walk this morning using my walker when I came across this obstruction. Folks, please watch where you are parking. If it's not a parking spot (and where this car was, it was not a parking spot), there is a good reason it is not.
