Qu'est-ce qu'il arriverait si le Québec utiliserait la clause non-obstant de la Charte canadienne pour protéger sa langue en limitant certaines dispositions de la Charte canadienne. Et que le Fédéral utilisait la clause non-obstant pour bloquer le Québec?

Qu'est-ce qu'il arriverait si le Québec utiliserait la clause non-obstant de la Charte canadienne pour protéger sa langue en limitant certaines dispositions de la Charte canadienne. Et que le Fédéral utilisait la clause non-obstant pour bloquer le Québec?
Le gouvernement canadien ne doit pas avoir le droit d'utilisation de la clause non-obstant, c'est ouvrir une porte dans la constitution que les provinces regretteront.
