We made a Shiny app for easy viewing of the RNASeq data. And the paper has many supplemental tables
of the RNASeq and metabolomics data in various formats for easy data analysis. Enjoy!

New paper out! We looked into what our favorite beneficial microbe does to gut hormones. We found L. reuteri regulates many gut hormones like PYY and GIP but also vasopressin, which we didn't know was made in the gut. Check it out!
