Having covered Korean protests for years, I rarely feel physically unsafe. But the blind rage of Yoon's supporters is genuinely frightening. These aren't protesters: they're violent thugs who've lost all sense of reason.
4/ Pro-Yoon protesters breached the court at 3:21am, breaking through police lines and shattering entrance doors. Some searched for the judge who issued the warrant, while others vandalised court facilities and ripped off exterior walls. Some 40 people have reportedly been arrested.

Now we have Korea’s Jan. 6 moment. This is truly disturbing. Yoon’s rhetoric helped incite his supporters to break into the court building from which his arrest warrant was issued.
Incredible scene in Seoul tonight as President Yoon Suk Yeol’s supporters are storming the Seoul courthouse in response to his arrest. They are smashing the windows and vandalising the offices.

Perhaps he’ll even get to meet a defiant Cho Kuk, the liberal politician who Yoon’s government put behind bars - at the same prison. What irony.

Yoon has definitely been arrested. After questioning, he will be held at the Seoul Penitentiary until the warrant expires in 48 hrs or a “bench warrant” (구속영장) is issued

Apparently along for the ride is Ispace's lander Resilience in a follow-up mission to their last attempted landing. ITU records don't provide a clear identification of frequency but I assume they will reuse the same as their first attempt.
