Sorting out the use of this space, I’ve dreaded empty nesting for some time. My youngest will leave for college in the fall and I’m single. Idk how to survive a silent home, but to embrace it means new beginnings. I’m intimidated by this chapter.

I joined this app today, as I sit with anxiety thriving within body, to look for healthy distractions until the weather shifts and I can manage myself better. Hopefully (a word I frequently say) the grass is greener and smells wonderful here.
