I said nothing else to them, blocked them and then reported them to meta for harassment

When I told them that the last apartment that I had lived in which was in a similar neighborhood have been vandalized after the homophobic landlord wrongfully evicted me and she tried to make me pay $3,000 for the damages that I had no control over, they dismissively said it's okay

I told them that I was not going to rent a property from them in an area where my life will be danger and their property to put at risk for vandalism being vandalized as a result of a hate crime because of my occupancy.

I pointed this out and told them that I have an allergy to mold and the mold in my last apartment caused me to have psychological problems.
