The Resonant Arc YouTube/podcast did a really good series on it, with details of this. I’d recommend giving the intro episode a listen then decide. (Their story analysis is pretty fun too if you get into it!)

Yeah, it’s great but not for the faint of heart. The gear system is super deep and you need to master it for multiple builds or you’re going to have a really hard time with it.

Perhaps, though I definitely have to move a good 30cm back from my desk to actually see the HUD in games, not sure if the curve would make enough of a difference for me when sitting so close. It’s a bit of personal preference too I suppose

I got a 32 for work/play and have actually found it a little too big, in part because my desk is quite shallow (60cm) meaning the screen sits pretty close. Might be worth considering distance before deciding on size, if you haven’t done so already. Enjoy your new toy when it arrives though!
