That’s a time honoured tradition, especially in offices. Often you’ll find someone who likes the ones no one else does (fudge, coconut), but I don’t think anyone’s bothered if you chuck the gross ones.

When I was a teen in NZ the phrase was “absolutely trolleyed”. I’m curious what that’s evolved into now

Agreed! I’ve only started reading queer romance this year (thanks, post-viral fatigue!) but I’ve enjoyed the way they’ve got a larger, blanker canvas to work with when it comes to what a relationship can look like. It creates the tension but also really lovely, novel dynamics and I love it.
