I hope your flare eases up soon. I’m currently on the 6th day of a bad flare. I haven’t had this much pain since before my last excision surgery + hysterectomy for adenomyosis in September 2023. People who’ve never experienced this pain don’t get how physically/emotionally/mentally taxing it is.
