This looks like insecurity, rallying a base through dominance displays rather than delivering durable results. In the end, it’s expensive, state-sanctioned murder.

The desperation and weakness of someone reaching for extreme measures to feel consequential. A schoolyard-bully attempt to project strength through violence while masking insecurity. A secure leader addresses root causes—demand, corruption—through diplomacy, aid, or intelligence work.

The waste of resources. The legal absurdity. The human cost of treating law enforcement as warfare. The illegal murders.
And the patheticness of it.

It isn’t a sudden military emergency that requires armed force without congressional authorization. Using helicopters, warships, overwhelming force against small vessels is militarization of a policy problem.

Drug trafficking, whatever else it is, doesn’t fit that framework. It has been happening for generations. It’s a law-enforcement problem, maybe a public-health crisis, potentially a trade or customs issue.

The constitutional war powers were designed for actual military threats like foreign armies or navies attacking U.S. territory or forces. The Framers were deliberate about limiting unilateral presidential action to genuine emergencies requiring immediate response.

It doesn't matter at all that she and I have different worldviews or ideas on how to achieve an America for Americans; the thing that touches my heart is the courage of her convictions. Big respect, MTG.

I didn't know that any hardcore MAGA were ethical when it came to a challenge between money/power and personal values. She is living by her convictions, and her behavior looks rooted in her own values. She is taking a path that costs her status and future power in her own movement.
