Pragmata demo is really quite good! It took a while to adjust to the combat, and while I’m not great at it, it is fun. As a Paper Mario: The Origami King enjoyer I enjoy having puzzles intertwined with my combat systems. Might pick this one up if it reviews well.

Smash was just that game I could always come back to. And I attempted to play it competitively for like a year in college as well. It has more than double my second place game which is hilarious.

Didn’t play a ton of games last year, most of this list of 27 games is stuff I booted up once like the Switch 2 enhancements for ARMS and Super Mario 3D World. Still a lot of hours overall though. Most of which went to like my top 3 games.

Here’s my Switch year in review! My top 10 isn’t too surprising, other than the fact that I put over 100 hours into Xenoblade X and forgot almost everything I did lmao. #4 was Mario Kart World and #5 Was Pokemon Legends Z-A btw.

Been playing Marvel Rivals again. Cloak and Dagger are really fun, got my first MVP in around a year.

I beat Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart again. Still love this game even in a 3rd playthrough. It’s not a perfect game by any means but it’s one of the best things to come out PlayStation in recent memory. Insomniac cooked here. Hope we don’t have to wait an eternity for the next one.

I beat Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart again. Still love this game even in a 3rd playthrough. It’s not a perfect game by any means but it’s one of the best things to come out PlayStation in recent memory. Insomniac cooked here. Hope we don’t have to wait an eternity for the next one.
Speaking of Dragon Quest, I beat the demo for VII reminagined. And yeah, this is peak. I really enjoyed my time with this. It went from a backlog game to one I need at launch. My only hope is that it’s not as absurdly long as the original so I can get to MHS3 in time after I beat it.

Like am I insane or does this game not look insanely cluttered? I mean I guess I’m one to talk since I play Xenoblade and they’re also usually a clusterfuck of UI elements, but this also feels incoherent to me.

It’s bittersweet, it’s my most used gaming device by far and I had so many good memories with it. But it’s been collecting dust since June and I have no reason to keep it on. Thank you for the memories, Switch 1. Even after all this time I never threw out the box I got on Match 3rd, 2017.

After nearly 8 years ai have finally retired my Nintendo Switch 1. It’s been unplugged from my TV and placed in the cabinet below along side its dock & extra controllers. My Switch 2 dock now sits in its place. (I use my brother’s Switch 2 dock in the game room since he only plays portable).

I have finished Tears of the Kingdom for the 3rd time today, this time with the Nintendo Switch 2 edition.
I know opinions on the game are all over the game, but after playing this game not long after finishing BotW, I can confirm I like this game more and that it’s one of my favorite games ever.

I finished the Pokemon Legends Z-A DLC. I’m really conflicted on it.
On one hand the game has a lot of content with a lot of new Pokemon added, lots of new side quests, an a continuation of the main game’s story.
On the other hand it’s EXTREMELY repetitive, rather grindy, and super expensive.
