Fortunately my neighbors son had popped in so he wasn’t alone while the guy was at the wrong place so everything is good. Nice bloke too!

We had a laugh about it and I showed him the right house, I was like “I’m sorry if I was rude you just really surprised me!” And he was just “I’m surprised! I’ve been doing this years and we’ve never had a mixup this bad!”

Long story short one of my neighbors had a fall yesterday and was supposed to be being observed at home after coming home from hospital and they got our addresses mixed up!

After a quick AAAH! We got to talking and it turns out he‘a a carer from the same agency who check in on my Grandma while I’m at work, and he was doing a “sit and observe call” and I was like “I see, we don’t have those”

Misty passed away quickly and peacefully, purring, with mark and I both fussing her. I am heartbroken. She was completely healthy in all other areas (except a bit overweight) and I never thought for a million years she could have cancer.

It came on very suddenly, literally overnight, I’m hoping that means it’s just laryngitis, but cats are really good at hiding being unwell.
