My last physical therapy appointment (for now)! 🙂 I had a knee injury earlier this year that really set me back: I could hardly walk for a while. I'm happy to say now I'm feeling myself again - strong and fluid, ready to take on life's challenges. See you all at the next show - or the dance floor 🤩

We have a bag of to-go food containers that we bring to restaurants so we don't have to use new ones. It's easy once you get into the new habit, and helps reduce environmental damage and microplastic contamination. Reduce, reuse, recycle 🙂
