Kensei triggers one bullets. This includes Hunter Seeker.

Hunter Seeker goes from decent to lower level raidboss capable on Amara due to this!!!

With the Shooting Star (shield) fix (or any map where the stars are usable) the Kensei triggers on Hunter Seeker allow kills even as strong as True Hag

In regards to my last post.

Kensei lets splash sources push Flare around, making for a very high damage option. That & Shooting Star "Stars" make this otherwise janky action skill for mobbing in to a very fluid room clearer

Shooting Star is the easiest Flare to use for bossing with a neat Trick.

A Kensei gives your bullets a Melee bonus Element, this with a Splash Weapon can push the Flare in to a larger Hitbox causing it to be pulled with. The flare body isn't doing damage making this weaker but needs no maintenance
