The ICE & BP budget needs to be slashed by 2/3rd. No more of this BS. Longer training for agents. No random pickups and more. But NO FUNDING UNTIL ICE PROVES THEMSELVES WORTHY OF FUNDING! You don't pay someone for work they haven't done yet so why would we pay ICE for things they haven't done?

Yeah ahhh, the app is actually the phone camera. They hold the camera up and if it matches what they see, them there you go, the "app" proved you were correct. If not, you adjust the filters so that you're correct anyway!
