Someone sent me this and it is 100% on the money of how the Telecommunications Act of 1996 fucked up music. It fucked up everything. Maybe the worst piece of legislation ever created. I wish we could get people talking about repealing it.

When I say an absurd amount of comics I am not kidding. But this might be the one that warmed that cockles of my heart. An issue I have always wanted and I had no idea was coming.

Mattel’s DC figures have leaked out and… it is not good. Say what you will about Todd Spawn and his figures but these are barely passable for 2010. It will be 2027 realistically when these are out. And these are promo shots so the retail figure no doubt will be even worse quality. Shame.

The first issue of Spider-Man I remember buying and reading was #173. Sal's art drew me in immediately. Still to this day one of my favorite issues of Spider-Man ever with a very good story from the great Gerry Conway. I am beyond sad tonight.
