I wouldn't want you to. Many more will wind up in the crosshairs before sanity returns. Most would think because I'm retired military that I must be a trump supporter. What I actually am is a rule of law supporter. I swore to defend everyone in this country against tyrants...

I also live in middle America, KS to be exact, and I interact with many of the officers on a regular basis. I would say, because of whole 'back the blue' rhetoric, that most are trump/magat supporters. It's a town of 40k, has a couple of black officers, and maybe 10-15% Hispanic officers.

I will say with high probability that many lower enlisted soldiers and junior officers are trump supporters. That said, I will also say to a large degree it also depends on social-economic background of the servicemember. When I was is in, there was always a republican leaning due perceived support.

It was an attempted coup. I won't advocate for that from either side. They were handled by the judicial system until magat morons re-elected trump. The consequences of eligible voters not voting.

We have two legitimate ways to end trump's mad emperor reign. The 25th amendment or impeachment. Both require a backbone to act among those charged with either, so neither will happen for now. A coup is an unthinkable act in this country, one that would lead to civil war and destroy it.

I think I have an answer for what is on the chest patch under POLICE and beside the flag. I think it says FERO. If that is the case, it probably stands for Federal Enforcement Removal Operation, which is what they are calling their activities. You know, the ones without due process. Quick print job.
