That's per year. Paid annually, and often in my neighborhood, optionally.

Just pretend like it's a nebula. That's what I think with clouds when I want to shoot - "What great nebulosity." (Sigh. Forecast has lots of local "nebulosity" for the next week for me.)

Nice! And it fixes a misconception I've had without realizing it. For some reason I had pictured the solar system moving counter clockwise in this view of the galaxy, but given the shape of the shape of the arms, it clearly should be rotating clockwise about the core.
