fans are frustrated esp abt siging scherzer when they could have had gausman and then signing verlander, both of which cohen signed off on, not stearns.

i just thought they were trying to get under the highest level this year and it seems like a lot for polanco, bcs they still need pitching too. i realize im judging everything too soon and they prob arent tearing eveything down.

i was at the game when pete broke the rookie hr record. i love pete but i was actually more attached to degrom. they will all be in the mets hof some day i guess. i wanted to to see 48 in the rafters tho.

100% - i agree. 40 mill is not diamond in the rough. they def looking like they are targeting pulled fly ball guys. we’ll see how it plays at citi.
