In short, this is all on us. Nothing's changed about him since 2016. We were warned. We were aware he was lying. We knew this was coming. We still know it. We've never stopped him when we could, even though we're still told the truth about him daily.

So...Is he disbarred or not? A 'recommendation' is a professional embarrassment, but can't he still practice law? Where does this go next? To whom? What can they do with it?
