As I said in reply to the other person - just offering a *possible* different perspective, but knowing full well that it is more likely some creep trying to do whatever. I get the occasional unwanted communication, but I’m sure it’s not as often as you (seriously).

I saw your other replies in addition to this and I understand your perspective completely. I’ve been internetting since before there was a very easily accessible public internet like there is today. And I had responsibilities of overseeing moderation, etiquette, and such.

I understand your perspective, but, I have learned that just because someone can speak English doesn’t mean that they understand other cultures.
It was just a thought and a perspective.

So, I have a partial answer but it is based in culture. In East Asian cultures like Japan, Korea, and China (and many others), age determines how they address you - whether it be more formally or less formally. The language structure is very hierarchical out of respect.
Just a possibility.

Most retail stores do not provide benefits to part-time employees in general, or if the do, they have very limited benefits. Typically only the full time employees receive benefits.
