I'd bet money it's Elon who is deploying drones and starting right wing media/GOP UFO rumors because it will make him money somehow. Maybe it will get him Starlink contracts with Space Force? Or maybe he'll sell UFO merch? No idea, but I'm keeping my eye out for it.
