Given the pathetic, non existent vetting process for ICE recruits, I'm confident all those surveillance tools are being used for surveillance of romantic partners (or potential partners),relatives, neighbors or just for shits & giggles. These are not people with ethics or moral compasses.

Evidence is not an issue with the SCOTUS 6. Their infallibility, fealty to a political outcome & their belief they are adjacent to the divine inform their soul killing decisions. 'Course you can't discount the payoffs from wealthy donors. Ummm, upon reflection, maybe that's the biggest catalyst.

Several victims have come forward in public advocating for the release of files. Those victims aren't asking for anonymity. There's no reason for redaction. It's obvious the redactions are to mask the identity of the perps while pretending to protect victims. That's been the plan all along.
