Especially when Egypt plays two and possibly more matches in Seattle during the World Cup… Salah could be playing on his home field.

Side note: super excited to have Egypt play in Seattle. Many may not realize this but their fan base is massive and they are really fun to be around… met many in Morocco when the Sounders played Al-Ahli… and hoping to see some of them again next summer.

Although it’s awesome to go to some World Cup matches, let’s not forget that they are mostly for the fans of the participating countries. Our job is to be a great host… and let’s be very thankful we get one, possibly two, USA matches to revel in… that’s for us.
