I'm completely caught up with #StrangerThings. Did anyone see the first batch of Season 5 episodes, and if so, what are your thoughts about it? Good/bad/indifferent? Do you have a favourite episode or character?

Today, I had the pleasure of watching this classic Western film for the first time: 1964's A Fistful of Dollars. It's such a brilliant movie! Even though it came out over 60 years ago, it's lost none of its epic charm. I loved it!

Today, I watched an advance screener of a brand new documentary called "The Eagle Obsession". It's a wonderful, awe-inspiring film, with very professional-looking art in well-designed animation sequences as well as apt photos, great-looking drone shots and fascinating interviews.

Mark Snow – the composer of such hit shows as The X-Files, Millennium and Smallville – sadly passed away yesterday. His scores were groundbreaking for the time and I loved them. RIP, Mark Snow.
