I didn't miss your point, but it seems you missed mine. Sadly, I don't think an exchange over social media will change either of our views, but my point is that there is a distinction between terrorists, and starving women & children trying to get food and water. The latter are being killed.

What Hamas did was truly awful. But it's undeniable that what is happening to innocent Palestinians now is also truly awful. Protesters are asking for the killing and death to stop, and yet that's seen as controversial.

No its that a retired priest CAN be arrested on terrorism charges, facing up to 14 years imprisonment, for holding up a sign. Understand your point- she knew what she was doing and the likely outcome -but that doesn't make this situation OK imo. It is the wider Orwellian dystopia that's the concern.
