Curzon is missing. I let him out back to do his business and he just disappeared. I've looked and I haven't found them. Anybody if you're in the Potomac/ Bethesda area please keep an eye out.

Now I know which one of my Rabbit Snails is a female. First a little protein snack for energy (fish was already dead) and then about an hour later, a new bebe Rabbit Snail.

Tiger is spending the night at the vet. No stones and no crystals. Blood work still looks good except for elevated BUN and neutrophils.
Guess who's back at the emergency vet for more blood in his pee?

I'm taking my Tiger home tonight loaded up with anti-inflammatory meds and antibiotics. The vet couldn't get a sample of urine to check for bacteria by using a needle because the bladder was too small at the moment, but he said that's actually a good thing.

So Tiger actually may or may not be staying the night. Going to do an x-ray to look for stones and do a urinalysis and blood work now while I wait. Then we'll see what needs to happen next. I just saw the estimate. Good Lord vets are expensive.

Tiger and I are at the emergency vet bc he's peeing blood. Hopefully just a UTI but they're going to keep him overnight and do some tests and insert a catheter because he has early kidney disease. Going to miss my boy tonight. 😟
