Not just you! The manual tells you to put it in A mode to check the battery. I also confirmed it doesn't work with mine when the shutter is locked.

Here's some pictures from a test roll of HP5+ shot on a Minox 35 G, exposed at 320, D-76. Not sure how I feel about them, but the GT is more fun than the GL, mostly because the film advance is less cranky, and I do love a self timer.

I'm super excited-- just developed my own film for the first time!

This is Ilford HP5+ 400 that I shot in a Canon Multi-Tele, a point and shoot that can do half frame and full frame. This is my first roll of half frame. Fun!!

Testing an estate sale find Canon A-1. I can't remember which lens these were shot with, but it was some combo of 50mm, 28mm, and 135mm on this test roll. Shot on Kodak Gold 200.

Silhouette! Not a new picture, but one of my favorites. Taken in August, 2019 near Biloxi, Mississippi with an Olympus Em10ii, f5.6 at 1/250 with the 5.6 100-300mm zoom.

I shot a whole roll of 120 film on my sweet Ansco B2 Speedex... Which it turns out had a stuck shutter. So no pictures this time, but I am slowly learning how to work on old film cameras

Opossum came by again, and got all up in the feeder's business. He seems to swing by every couple of days or so, usually after midnight. I appreciate that he's thinking of us for his late night snack needs

I got a weird little point and shoot film camera for my birthday. I shot a roll of the cheapest color film I could find, and I had some decent shots. These are the best, or at least the ones I like the most.
