It is not! A “scrivener’s error” is for things like fixing typos or very minor non-material errors, not retroactively adding a deportation order that doesn’t current exist!

He knows the difference. He’s just drunk on power. He feels his word is law and most of the people able to go against him (including Congress) have instead proven him right. Hopefully that’s slowly starting to change.

I am deadly serious when I say that any liberal Project 2028 people should be taking names of the civil servants who go way past their authority to do stuff like this.
That is very much not me saying that normal employees following bad orders should be fired. But there’s a line. This crosses it.

Your $$ makes you incredibly out of touch. A lot of people pay tons for healthcare/copays and still need to see their primary for a referral to a specialist. Every other country manages universal healthcare. The USA used to be innovative - it could all be figured out if lobbyists get out of the way.
