He's still coming back into form but he's still productive as a receiver. But if you're running the ball the way they're running the ball, Hawes provides more. They literally used to pull him around at Yale and they'd run behind him like he was a pulling guard, it was insane.

Hawes is the superior run blocker. They ran the ball over half the time in this game.

I think it's Glenn not being happy with how the year went himself and is trying to get things more aligned with his vision. They need a new OC as well in my view but Glenn has that team more competitive in most games than it has any business being.

I don't think you can blame the talent for the decisions of the promoter. Cena was also the one solid person they could build around for years, even if the booking was utterly ridiculous.

You only think it's worse because you're paying attention to it more. See Dan Moldea and his work on this decades ago. The rulebook becoming more ambiguous and subjective is another discussion to be had but that started going on way before online gambling became prevalent as well.

Those calls have always existed... The presence of online gambling has just brought attention to it. Nothing has really changed, there's just a much bigger spotlight on it.

Bully is saying you needed to really build that up or else it's forced. Also... If they were gonna do Melo and Cena... It would've had to be in Boston, or else what's the point?

My issue is the only way Hayes makes sense is for it to be in Boston. If you know you know regarding that... Gunther ending Cena and Goldberg essentially makes him a new legend killer and he can run with that for a while. Gunther should end Orton too.

And go back to the insiders club that did everything in shady back office deals? All that gets us is more Superbowl III type scenarios... there is no good answer to this problem.
