Really enjoyed this movie. The performance by the main child actor was great. I don't think he has 5 lines of dialogue in the whole film but he does a terrific job of expressing the character's suffering

Thanks. I remember this song well from my childhood. The pop radio stations thought "Skeeter" was a ridiculous name but still it was a top hit....

As an American I find British politics generally confusing, but the enshittification of Labour is a real mystery. It seems like they don't stand for much of anything.

The scene with Bogart and Malone adds nothing to the overall story, but it's a lot of fun and shows us what a horn dog Marlowe was

It's weird to hear the muddle through lyric after being more familiar with the shining star version. But yeah, some years muddling is all we can do.....
