If it gives you hope for the future. My 15yo kept using chatgpt on their phone last year. I talked to them about it (mostly worried about mental health). This school year, their hs has a no ai for any use policy. I checked in that they understood "oh I'm not using that, it doesn't help anyway"

Its so shockingly dumb. Even if ai were capable of doing what boosters claim-its still stupid for academics to say "here let me teach you how to never need to employ me or you in the future"

Also, it can't do what they claim it can.
