Another lead in cinnamon recall. Please do check your cinnamon brands as lead is nothing to mess around with. Previous tests have found that McCormick's and Penzey's mixed cinnamon looked pretty good in this regard.

Fantastic review of new research by @erictopol.bsky.social showing link between microbiome & sweet tooth. Its all about the freefatty acid receptor FFar4 - this was lower in people with diabetes/High sugar preference & linked to decreased Bacteroides vulgatus which makes vit B (pantothenic acid) 🧪
