I don’t think it’s about any of that. I think it’s about: what can I do that will stop them looking at murdering people in boats, invading a foreign country, my incompetent cabinet, my ticky-tacky redecoration, my self-dealing and grifting family, the Epstein files, and my daily lying.

Federal law: 18 U.S. Code § 713 prohibits the manufacture, reproduction, or sale of the Presidential Seal or any substantial part thereof for commercial purposes, unless authorized.
Not, of course, that federal law means anything if profit is to be had.

I think this "new information" is she received a report back that her staff has had sufficient time to ensure that anything that might look bad for Trump has been removed or redacted, so the information is now safe to release.
