Nails and Eyes is a haunting journey through the mind, where subtlety and tension dance elegantly. It invites readers to explore fear without the gore, revealing the beauty in darkness. #booksky #books

My review of Kaori Fujino’s Nails and Eyes whose razor-sharp, lucid prose reveals the subtle dangers underlying this distinctive form of psychological horror. For those who like horror without too much blood and guts

what vandermeer have you read so far? My wife and I just read the entire series together. We both loved annihilation years ago. She was pretty lukewarm on the second novel, the authority. But I liked it as well, although it was just too long.
