I disagree, this type of thinking is very present in a lot of post-left anarchist spaces (who also draw from Land's work sometimes), they just tend to offer different directions than a Landian "submit to the machine".

The dumb thing being, a collective of uniques obviously carries far more sentience than any single tech mogul, but I bet they wouldn't be so keen on people managing their affairs collectively outside of the state or capital.
