Picture this. It's not free, but we live on a few acres, and some plant or another is always popping up. Husband says it is the best money we spend to find out if we keep or pull the latest thing to germinate. 🤣

I think shawls are particularly easy to underestimate the amount of time to completion. It starts off so innocently with just a few stitches and maybe a little triangle. I now pay close attention to yardage for the project.

I mistakenly thought the pattern name was nibling... took me to a very cute child sweater pattern, but didn't look anything like an octopus. 😆

I immediately thought of Super Swirl Shawl. Same vibe with the shape and the ribbing. I like the way you used the variegated and solid color yarns. Beautiful!!
