After placing tracker on Pagani's car, bad guys arrive on the dock. In car room, go behind boxes, up steps on the right. Leads to top deck. 3 guards and a sports car pointed at 1st of 2 ramps (in the bow, on dock) to escape without fighting!

When you kill Tony Derazio, exit through the lobby (don't sneak out thru the garage). The armored car's there with his body on it. You can take the car. When closing/reopening Mafia, it remains battered, no repairs! (And can't use the trunk.)
