I remember reading "Cellars" back in the 80s, and it creeped the hell out of me, but definitely not the usual horror one might pick up.

Thought I'd return the favour for that laugh. Spotted in my Canuck downtown area; the fellow had bought the truck in Dublin, and since we don't require front license plates here he left the original owner's on. I lost it in the parking lot when I saw it.
