Pediatrician, bike scavenger, irritant. Went from being California's problem to being Hawai'i's problem, and now it's Nova Scotia's turn.
I'm a lite foreigner these days; moved from the US to Canada. That's more bureaucracy than moving from California to Hawai'i, but not that much more. Bureaucratic requirements: to what extent do they reveal the preferences and needs of a government, and how much is just bad design?
