So big tech can use them to make servers for their AI data centers and GPU's, while local communities don't after worry about their water getting syphoned off and poisoned by those same Data-centers it could be a Win Win.

To which I argue no, I think that those same tech companies trying work inside the vaguest of those restrictions migth end up producing net gains for all of us, Like Room temperature superconductors, Which are metallic alloys that conduct electrcity with no resistance and also no cooling needed.

But then again this is just my opinion on the matter, most would prefer the whole thing be burned to ashes, and every data center destroyed because of how they countribute to climate change.

So once the Bubble Pops and Sam Altman winds up broke, I'm certain that most of the developed world will put forth hard-ground rules on how LLM's should be created and used going forward in addition to slowling down their development by a lot.

Again there is a lot of harm it's doing, but it is still a tool, and most of the evil of this tool is being promoted by Tech-bro asswipes, who view this not as a technology but a monetizable service and seek to cut costs on everything to maximize gain.

Like how should they interact with their users, Laws that prevented them from generating Content that promoted misinformation, Where and how they should build Data centers, How long new LLM's should be trained, what they are allowed to train from etc.

I'm confident that once the Bubble pops and development Slows down, Not stop because let's be honest I think the genie is well and truly out of the bottle at this point, Various countries will step to set up ground rules for this technology.

True but I now this sound slike heresy but I'm still a little cautiously optimisitc about the whole thing, Because onf the big reasons it is so harmful is being Billionaries are pushing for this thing to be developed at a lighting pace, faster than any country can properly regulate it's creation.

By that I mean modified by people, and despite what some outlet's seem to say he doesn't seem to claim his companies games but rather imply that all Japanese games not just Level-5 Make use of this and he doesn't claim it's art or music it's just the code.

Phew at least they know the risks now, Also I did some research and apparently some similar kind of Miss understanding seems to be going on with Level-5 Apparently it involves a taking an out-context snippet of the CEO where he claims that 80-90% of every Game's code is made by LLM's then modified.
