Anyway my final 陰核 note is that this all started because I saw a Raqio fancomic where they got panification and '陰核形成'
I didn't know what that word meant and my popup dictionary gives me the henoko definition above the inkaku one so I assumed it meant orchiectomy when its actually clitorisplasty

Also Raqio has weak hearing and their headphones are a hearing aid that help them focus on sounds they want to hear... except a Japanese wiki that got this info from a now dead twitch vod says its not a hearing aid??
