I love Kentucky Hot Browns, and I'm from Boston. It all comes down to the cheese, though, high-quality crisp bacon, and fresh, ripe tomatoes. The sliced turkey is basically a structural layer, but starting with a fresh turkey is a plus.

Stay away from Medicare Advantage. The plan is to privatize Medicare as soon as they've pulled as many seniors as possible to the Medicare Advantage stalking horse. I've been attending meetings dealing with this scenario for several years.
